Owner and operator of Hometime Inspections, has been around homes and remodeling projects as long as he can recall. Growing up, Nick would help his dad and brother with basement remodels and other housing maintenance projects and upgrades, thus learning the trades from an early age. Nick grew up in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and graduated from Kennedy High School then attended Kirkwood Community College for marketing management. After college, Nick continued his passion for real estate and enjoyed being a Realtor for over 6 years in the Cedar Rapids area. Nick had a unique opportunity to combine his love for real estate with the construction industry and get involved with home inspections. Nick has over 5 years experience in the home inspection industry along with owning several rental homes. Nick's unique view point from being a Realtor allows him to quickly and effectively communicate with buyers without making them fearful of the process of purchasing a home. Nick has a lovely young daughter, wife and 2 dogs. When Nick is not inspecting or working on rentals/home projects, he is out hunting, kayaking/camping and enjoying nature with his family. Nick is also very involved in the community as a volunteer and currently serves on the board of the Kiwanis Miracle League at Prospect Meadows; a baseball league for children of all ages... no matter their disability allowing them to enjoy the great sport of baseball.
